Russel Hosge

Russ was willing to take me under his wing straight out of school. He is a good ol' cowboy who does the best job possible with each hoof of each horse. He never made me feel stupid or unable. He only gave helpful critiques and stayed patient through my inexperience. He expected good work and taught how to achieve it. He stays strong to the fundamentals of shoeing and is consistent. He had a setback in his career and has come back strong and grateful to continue working in this field. His horsemanship is top notch, and I will forever be grateful for his wisdom and guidance.
