As one of Sarah Wall’s clients, I can honestly say she has been an outstanding farrier to work with. Finding someone who genuinely puts the horse first isn’t always easy, but that’s exactly what Sarah does.

She is reliable, communicates exceptionally well, and always keeps me informed. If weather or unforeseen circumstances require a change, she lets me know, works with me to find another suitable time, and always follows through. What impresses me most is that Sarah is never driven by ego. If she believes another professional can contribute to a better outcome for the horse, she doesn’t hesitate to collaborate. She works closely with local veterinarians, equine bodyworkers, nutritionists, and even other farriers when appropriate because, to her, the horse’s welfare always comes before personal recognition. That willingness to seek the best solution, regardless of who provides it, speaks volumes about her integrity.

Sarah also takes the time to explain what she is doing and why. She educates owners so they can better understand hoof health and become part of the horse’s long-term care, rather than simply trimming or shoeing and leaving.

Beyond caring for her clients’ horses, Sarah gives back to the wider community. She supports fundraising initiatives throughout the year for horse rescues, Australian farmers affected by natural disasters, domestic violence services, and other worthwhile causes. She also volunteers her time within the equestrian community and continues to invest in her own education through competitions, clinics, and formal farriery training.

Sarah’s work ethic, honesty, and genuine care for both horses and their owners make her stand out. She doesn’t just look after hooves—she builds relationships, earns trust, and always strives to do what is best for the horse.
