Veterinarians and vet techs will earn continuing education credits by attending the 2026 International Hoof-Care Summit.
The American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB) informed the International Hoof-Care Summit on Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, that it has granted 31 total hours of Registry of Approved Continuing Education (RACE) program credits. The maximum number of credits that a participant can receive is 24.
This program applies uniform standards for veterinary medicine continuing education and is widely recognized by veterinarians as quality courses that help vets meet their licensure obligations.
International Association of Professional Farriers’ members who attend the International Hoof-Care Summit can earn 27 continuing education credits.
The 23rd annual International Hoof-Care Summit offers more than 60 hours of classes, roundtables, lectures, networking, camaraderie and the world’s largest hoof-care products trade show. It’s the best way for farriers, veterinarians and vet techs to build their overall equine hoof-care knowledge and skill set while improving collaboration, client management, and business-building strategies.
The International Hoof-Care Summit will be Feb. 3-6, 2026, at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center in Covington, Ky., just across the river from Cincinnati, Ohio. To learn more and register, visit the International Hoof-Care Summit website.
