It’s hard to believe the 2026 Summit kickoff is just 2 weeks away. Here are some important updates and reminders.

Advanced shipping labels can be found in OneView under Shipping and Material Handling. Click on Shipping Labels, then click "Print Advance Warehouse Labels." You can also ship to the following address:

Tuesday, Feb. 3: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday, Feb. 4: 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Show Dates/Times:
Wednesday, Feb. 4: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 4:20 PM - 7:20 PM
Thursday, Feb. 5: 10:00 AM - 1:30 PM
*There are no vendors-only hours outside of set-up and tear-down. 

Move-Out Date/Time:
Thursday, Feb. 5: 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM

The online booking links for both hotel blocks at the Marriott at RiverCenter and Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter are now closed. Due to the proximity of the event dates, please contact your desired hotel directly regarding availability and to book your room. Contact information to inquire about room availability is below. 

The Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter is connected by an enclosed skywalk to the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Overnight Parking is $12/night in hotel parking garage. Call ahead to inquire about truck parking. 

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter is directly across the street from the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Overnight Parking is $12/night in hotel parking garage. Call ahead to inquire about truck parking.

All registered attendees and exhibitors will receive a free TANK Convention Shuttle Pass. These passes will be printed on your name badge.The TANK Shuttle runs until 7:00 PM in the winter. Here is the map of where the Shuttle runs: https://www.tankbus.org/bus_routes/southbank-shuttle/

The Shuttle goes across the river into Cincinnati and has stops at the Newport on the Levee mall. The Shuttle pick-up and drop-off is right at the intersection of the host hotels and the Northern Kentucky Convention center.

Award recipients will be selected by an exclusive panel of attending hoof-care professionals.

The announcement of the winners and the identities of the panel members will be made during the week of February 16th.
