The 2026 International Hoof-Care Summit kicks off next week Tuesday, Feb. 3! Here are a few important updates and reminders to help you get ready.

All general sessions, classrooms, roundtables and the Trade Show will be held directly across the street at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center (1 W Rivercenter Blvd, Covington, KY 41011). The Marriott hotel has a connecting skywalk.

Exhibitor Registration

Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, on the 3rd floor in the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. Stop by the registration area just outside of Ballroom B/C to pick up your Summit Exhibitor name badge and materials. If any of your booth staff changes before the event starts, please contact Maddie Seitz (mseitz@lessitermedia.com), so we can be sure to have an updated name badge ready at check-in.

Cvent Event App is LIVE — Start Connecting With Attendees Before You Arrive

This year, we’re using the improved event app called Cvent. If you joined us last year, you’ll already be familiar with the platform. The app is now live and ready for you to download. All registered attendees and booth staff should have received an email yesterday, 1/27, from Joanne Volkert to download the attendee app (check your spam folder if you did not receive it). Use it to connect with attendees, sponsors, and fellow exhibitors. Stay informed with the latest news and announcements, view your personalized schedule and create your event profile.

The International Hoof-Care Summit is pleased to announce the inaugural recognition of excellence in exhibit design, celebrating the most visually compelling and distinguished booth displays.

Award recipients will be selected by an exclusive panel of attending hoof-care professionals.

Exhibitor displays will be assessed against the following comprehensive criteria:

The top three suppliers will be honored with a prestigious plaque from the International Hoof-Care Summit, recognizing their outstanding commitment to exhibit excellence.

The announcement of the winners and the identities of the panel members will be made during the week of February 16th.

Don't Worry About Walking Around in the Cold!

All registered attendees and exhibitors will receive a free TANK Convention Shuttle Pass. These passes will be printed on your name badge. The TANK Shuttle runs until 7:00 PM in the winter. Check out the map below to see where the Shuttle runs.

The Shuttle goes across the river into Cincinnati and has stops at the Newport on the Levee mall. The Shuttle pick-up and drop-off is right at the intersection of the host hotels and the Northern Kentucky Convention center.

The Cincinnati Metro area offers a fresh yet familiar experience on both sides of the river with unique shops, street art, restaurants, walking tours, bourbon bars, and craft breweries. Check out the area's sites, restaurants and transportation options below!
