Please read this important information for 2026 Summit exhibitors.

It’s hard to believe the 2026 Summit kickoff is just 5 weeks away. Here are some important updates and reminders.

1. Booth Details

Each 10'x10' booth includes:

8' high gold/white/white/gold background drape
3' high gold side drape
One (1) ID sign

An Exhibitor Packet was sent by Fern via email on December 22. If you missed the email, chairs, tables and additional booth items can be ordered from Fern Exhibitions at www.fernoneview.com/login. To receive the Fern discount, orders must be placed by Monday, Jan. 12 at 6:00 PM.

2. Advanced Shipping

Advanced shipping labels can be found in OneView under Shipping and Material Handling. Click on Shipping Labels, then click "Print Advance Warehouse Labels." You can also ship to the following address:

4. FREE Shuttle Pass for Summit Attendees & Exhibitors

All registered attendees and exhibitors will receive a free TANK Convention Shuttle Pass. These passes will be printed on your name badge.The TANK Shuttle runs until 7:00 PM in the winter. Here is the map of where the Shuttle runs: https://www.tankbus.org/bus_routes/southbank-shuttle/

The Shuttle goes across the river into Cincinnati and has stops at the Newport on the Levee mall. The Shuttle pick-up and drop-off is right at the intersection of the host hotels and the Northern Kentucky Convention center.

Reminder to Please Submit Name Badges

If you haven’t already done so, please submit the names of those who will be working your exhibitor booth. Each booth that you reserve includes two exhibitor badges for company personnel only.

If you would like to purchase additional badges beyond the 2 badges that are included with each booth you reserved, please let us know right away.

Additional badges can be purchased for $75 each.
