"Blane Chapman, CJF, is a third-generation farrier and horseman with decades of experience in performance and therapeutic horseshoeing. Raised and taught by his late father, industry legend Burney Chapman, Blane learned standard-setting laminitis and founder treatments firsthand on ranches, feedlots and racetracks.
Combining high-level field experience with advanced education — holding degrees from Texas A&M and Sul Ross State University — Blane specializes in corrective shoeing and equine biomechanics. Known for his calm, horse-first approach to rehabilitation, he operates a successful practice based in Texas and remains a dedicated advocate for continuing farrier education and mentorship."
