Do you work long hours, mostly independently?

Do you carry responsibility for animals and clients every day?

Have you ever felt isolated in the hoof-care industry?

You’re not alone.

Clayton and Teri Wilber of Florida Farrier Service in Oxford, Fla., are in the beginning stages of building Equine Enclave, a peer resource group supporting new and experienced professionals in their day-to-day lives. They have created a survey to help accomplish this goal.

“We want to start with a strong foundation shaped by real input from equine professionals,” the Wilbers say. “Stronger connection, stronger peer support, stronger collaboration.”
