Idaho Horseshoeing School is seeking candidates for an instructor position.

Qualified candidates must be “talented shoe builders” and have earned a Certified Farrier designation from the American Farrier’s Association, although Certified Journeyman Farriers are preferred. An emailed resume or an experienced description is required.

“I’m really looking for a shoe building type,” says Riley Mickelsen, owner of the Roberts, Idaho, school. “[You don’t] need to be a champ, but [you] must be able to build acceptable bar shoes, heart bars, patten bars, egg bars and fishtails as demos for students.”

Contact Mickelsen at [email protected] to apply.
