Lauderdale, Miss., farrier Robert “Bob” Myers passed away Jan. 15, 2018. He was 75.

Myers served in the U.S. Navy and co-owned a restaurant in addition to serving as a farrier to many Thoroughbred horses. His passion for Thoroughbreds extended to having his own farm.

Memorial services took place Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home.
