Springfield, Mo., farrier Robert “Bob” Alfred Zipf passed away Jan. 4, 2018. He was 86.
Following service in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and working for Timken in Springfield, Mo., Zipf spent his life as a cowboy and farrier. He was also a Gold Card member of the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
