Panton, Vt., farrier Joseph Albert Tisbert passed away Sept. 25, 2017. He was 90.
Tisbert was a farrier and worked with Cornell University on special hoof-care cases as needed. He was also a dairy farmer and member of the Farm Bureau.
A mass of Christian burial will take place 11 a.m., Sept. 29, at St. Peter’s Church in Vergennes, Vt. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to McClure Miller VNA Respite House, 3113 Roosevelt Hwy, Colchester, VT 05446.
