Jeffersonville, Ohio, farrier Richard V. Behnken passed away on Oct. 31, 2015, at Court House Manor. He was 86.
Behnken came to Fayette County in 1963, later moving to Sunbury in 1985 before returning to the area to live in Jeffersonville in 2013. He loved being a truck driver and working with horses as a farrier.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
