WALKING DOWN THE trade show aisles during the recent American Association of Equine Practitioners annual meeting in December, a number of new products of interest to farriers caught the eye of American Farriers Journal staffers.

Nearly 4,100 equine veterinarians, guests and exhibitors were on hand for this event held in in Baltimore, Md. Besides shoeing items, products for improved hoof care, nutrition and other health care concerns were introduced at this event.

Nail Hole Disinfectant

For prevention, maintenance and treatment of white line infections, Keratex Nail Hole Disinfectant carries special disinfecting agents into the hoof horn and white line tissue surrounding nail holes or cavities behind the hoof wall.
