How can I order a table, chairs and electricity for my booth?

Tables, chairs, electricity and Internet service can be ordered from the Duke Energy Center, 525 Elm St., Cincinnati, Ohio, via the exhibitor kit from George Fern Expositions, the official decorator of the International Hoof-Care Summit.

Where do I ship my booth and supplies?

To ship your booth and supplies, please fill out the appropriate forms located in the menu under shipping information contained in the exhibitor kit. 

When and where do I unload at the Duke Energy Convention Center?

You can move in from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 3, and from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4. The loading and unloading entrance is the 6th Street and Plum loading dock entrance, located directly under the skywalk on 6th Street. It is the large orange door on the left. For complete move-in and move-out procedures, visit select “Information & Timing” under the “Show Information” menu in the exhibitor kit.

There are more than 9 uninterrupted hours — no other sessions run at the same time — of dedicated Trade Show time over three sessions.
