American Farriers Journal is among the finalists for the American Horse Publications’ 2026 Equine Media Awards.
More than 460 entries were submitted from 89 members for the competition, which recognizes excellence in content published in 2025. Finalists have placed in the top five in one or more of 43 award classes.
The AHP award contest, held since 1976, allows members to enter their best content from the previous year. The finalists – selected by a cadre of media professional judges who review the submissions and provide constructive comments on every entry – represent a broad spectrum of media, including print and online journalism, digital media, photography, videography, podcasts, books and more.
The annual AHP Equine Media Awards Dinner and Presentations will be Saturday, May 16, 2026, at the Going the Distance, Going Together Equine Media Conference in Lexington, Ky.
