The 2026 World Horseshoeing Classic concluded March 14, 2026 at Sweet Dixie South in Reddick, Fla. The judges were Virginia farrier Carl Via and Minnesota farrier Bodie Trnka. Ten teams entered, including Team Banditos (Tyson Clark, Ian Havens, Justin Rathert and Tony Mendoza), Team Buddy Aprons (Mike Miller, Steve Walthall, Storm Myers and Rhys Steinhorst), eh Team (Russell Floyd, Caleb Green, John Dixon and Jack Ketel), Emerson Horseshoe Supply (Clay Curry, Sam Howard, Luke Dufrene and Aaron Lohmann), High Country Horseshoes (Matt Findler, James Findler, Iain Ritchie and Justin Fountain), Team Silverback (Paul O’Reilly, Nathanael Zoerhof, Jason Hill and Ban Lamos), Team Special Edition (Mike Augenstein, Caleb Zachrich, Mike Ratermann and Josh Knotts), Team Texas Farrier Supply (Marcus Appleyard, Logan Felix, Lyle Shepherd and Josh Anderson), Team WCB (Stan Mullen, Troy Wood, Gavine Cooper and Mason Mileski) and Team WCB Cat 2 (Heath Poyner, Justin Daley, Bayly Cogan and Ben Schroeder).
Each team competed in the Well Shod draft day on March 12, the High Country Horseshoes Ltd. tooled and fullered day on March 13 and the FPD Foot Pro roadster day on March 14. The draft class concluded with Team WCB in the number one spot with 283.9 points, followed by High Country Horseshoes with 274.3 points and eh Team with 267.4 points. Washington farrier Troy Wood had the best shod foot of the day with 72.4 points.
Team High Country Horseshoes ended the tooled and fullered day with 283.8 points, followed by Team WCB at 283 points and Team Bandidos at 269.8 points. Overall standings for day two saw Team WCB in the number one spot with a total of 566.9 points, followed by High Country Horseshoes with 558.1 points and Texas Farrier Supply with 536.1 points. Canadian farrier Matt Findler had the best shod foot of the day with 72.6 points.
On the final day of the World Horseshoeing Classic, High Country Horseshoes again scored the most points in the roadster day at 282.1, followed closely by Team WCB with 281.4 points and Team Bandidos with 270.5 points. For the second day in a row, Findler also had the best shod foot of the day.
Overall standings rank Team WCB first with 848.3 points, followed by High Country Horseshoes with 840.2 points, Team Bandidos with 801.8 points and Texas Farrier Supply at 800.9 points. The first place team received $10,000, the second place team $5,000, the third place team $3,500 and the fourth place team $1,500.
