Colorado farrier Emil Michael Squazzo passed away April 24, 2025.
Squazzo joined the U.S. Air Force in 1963 and rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring, after which he worked for various defense contractors. He was also a lifelong cowboy, licensed farrier and shoeing instructor. He was the president of the Cavalier Trail Riding Club for 25 years.
Squazzo is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and numerous family and friends.
