The Missouri Association of Professional Farriers will hold its spring clinic May 3-4, 2024, in Elkland, Mo. The clinician is Danny Anderson, CJF.

Friday will focus on general anatomy and what can and shouldn’t be done with the hind end regarding everyday horses and performance horses. Anderson will demonstrate using Werkman Mavericks. Attendees will have an opportunity to try, as well.

Saturday will focus on shoeing sliding horses and modifications that Anderson has used over the years and the good or bad they may have done.

The clinic is free for MAPF members and $100 for non-members.
