Palm Beach, Fla., farrier Charles "Jerry" Hofer passed away Sunday, January 21st, 2018. He was 77. A memorial service will take place Saturday, February 17th at 5:30 p.m. at Shuler's Memorial Chapel, 5301 N. Australian Avenue, West Palm Beach, Fla., 33407. Those who wish to make donations can donate to the Salvation Army.
