Judith (Flynn) Holt passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016, peacefully at her home in Pawcatuck, Conn. She was 76.
In 1968, Holt became the first female farrier in Connecticut. She and her husband Russ owned and operated J&R Holt Horseshoeing for more than 10 years.
Holt has requested no services. Burial will be at a later date at the convenience of the family.
