• Arthur Cottam & Co. Horseshoes — the United Kingdom’s largest independent family-owned horseshoe and farrier tool manufacturer — will be ending operations March 31 after nearly a century in business.
• Zinpro Corp. announced Rob Sheffer has been promoted to president and chief executive officer. He replaces Bill Scrimgeour who retired after 25 years with the company.
• Greg and David Cunningham are returning to Houston, Texas-based Pyranha’s executive team as co-managers. The Cunningham family founded the company in 1972.
• Petaluma, Calif., farrier John Sagaria won the American Farriers Journal Most Improved award for the World Championship Blacksmiths 2019 season.

• Mike Reagen of Morley, Mich. was the recipient of a Morton’s Gift Card.
• Matt Evans of Lorton, Va., and Ron Pfeifer of Vermilion, Ohio, are the winners of a carpus down model; and Jacob Miller of Salesville, Ohio, and Tatianna Peterson of Attica, Ind., are the winners of a tarsus down model courtesy of Walter Varcoe of Articulated Equine Skeletons.
• Mike Stine of Marshville, N.C., and Jamie Wooten of Maine, N.Y., each won registration to the 2021 IHCS by entering a “scavenger hunt” contest that invited attendees to take six to eight photos of different Summit moments, then share them on social media using #IHCS20.
