Daisy Bicking
I'd like to recognize two amazing farriers and mentors who have supported my educative pursuit in farriery, enriched my experience in this industry, taught me not only about feet but about being humble, and have proven their expertise through their teachings and their work. Mark Plumlee, CJF and RJF, owner and instructor of Mission Farrier School taught me the craft of horseshoeing and the importance of learning to map the foot, and Daisy Bicking, APF, owner and president of Daisy Haven Farm and owner and instructor of Daisy Haven Farm: Integrative School of Hoof Care has taught me how to look at the foot three dimensionally and the importance of radiographs in our work. Both farriers are experts in the treatment of laminitis and are dedicated to helping their students achieve excellence in the field. I continue to learn from them and am grateful for their patience and understanding in teaching and mentoring. Thank-you to both of you for your dedication to your students and to the field of farriery!

We are very excited to submit a synopsis of our appreciation and support of our farriers for Spring Reins of Life (Horses, Humans & Healing) 501c3 in central N.J. Daisy Bicking of Daisy Haven Farm (and that includes her entire team who works on our horses) is an amazing enterprise.
