Leon Childs is my father. He’s been a farrier for almost 40 years. He’s taught me everything I know about horse and being a farrier. 5 years ago I watched him beat stage 3 colon cancer while continuing to run his business. I would like to spotlight him for being a mentor and hero to me. Thank you for everything dad!
