What is the event schedule?
Unlike traditional in-person “live” events, there are no set time slots where sessions can only be viewed individually at specific times. All sessions will be posted online at 8 a.m. CT on October 21, and will remain accessible to view through October 23 at 11:59 p.m. CST. You may watch each presentation in any order you choose during that time period. If you purchased an All-Access Pass, you may continue viewing for 12 months.

How do I access the presentations?
You will be able to access this event from anywhere you have an internet connection. Starting at 8 a.m. CT on October 21, you may visit the viewing link that was emailed to you when you signed up for the event. We’ll also send an email to the email address you used to sign up for the event when the event begins, letting you know the Farrier Business Success Academy presentations are ready to be viewed. To view the presentations, either click the provided website link or enter it into the web browser of your computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV. 

How do I login to view?
To view the sessions, you will be prompted to first log into your AmericanFarriers.com website user account, if you are not already logged in. If you do not already have one, you will need to register for a free website user account. An account was not automatically created for you when you signed up for the Academy. Follow the instructions shown on screen to register for a free website user account. If you do not remember your password, you will need to reset it. Follow the instructions shown on screen. If you experience issues logging in, contact Customer Service at fbsa-help@americanfarriers.com.

What is included in the Virtual Attendee Gift Bag?
During the 3-days of the event, have access to a Virtual Attendee Gift Bag featuring product information, special offers and other items from the Farrier Business Success Academy sponsors and American Farriers Journal.

I already registered for free a Standard-Access Pass but I want to upgrade to All Access. How do I do that?
If you previously registered as a Standard Access attendee and now wish to upgrade to All-Access, visit our upgrade page and complete the form. An All-Access Pass gives you 12 months of extended viewing time, 16 bonus session in the Academy Video Vault, a free 1-year subscription to American Farriers Journal, downloadable audio files of each session, and more.

Are there be opportunities for Q&A with the presenters?
To enhance the interactive nature of this event, you may submit your questions or comments by using the commenting tool located below each presentation video. You may also email your questions to us directly at info@americanfarriers.com

Can I receive continuing education credits for attending the Farrier Business Success Academy?
Absolutely. Each of the 7 on-demand sessions that you watch in its entirety is eligible for .75 hours of continuing education credits through the International Association of Professional Farriers (eligible for earning a total of 5.25 CE). To receive your continuing education credits, simply fill out and submit the AAPF/IAPF online form once the event is finished.
