What is the Farrier Business Success Academy?
The Farrier Business Success Academy is a free-to-attend, 3-day online event that will feature a series of knowledge-building video presentations taught by farrier industry experts. The presentations are focused on providing successful business management strategies. This exclusive event requires no travel time or expense to experience. All that is necessary is an internet connection and a digital device such as a smartphone, laptop, tablet, or other device capable of viewing the online presentation videos.
What is the event schedule?
Unlike traditional in-person “live” events, there are no set time slots where sessions can only be viewed individually at specific times. All sessions will be posted online at 8 a.m. CST on November 15, and will remain accessible to view through November 17 at 11:59 p.m. CST. You may watch each presentation in any order you choose during that time period.
How will I access the presentations?
You will be able to access this event from anywhere you have an internet connection. At 8 a.m. CST on November 15, we’ll send an email to the email address you used to sign up for the event, letting you know the Farrier Business Success Academy presentations are ready to be viewed. Included in the email will be a website link to access the presentations. To view the presentations, either click the provided website link or enter it into the web browser of your computer, smartphone, tablet, or smart TV.
What will be included in the Virtual Attendee Gift Bag?
During the 3-days of the event, you will have access to a Virtual Attendee Gift Bag featuring product information, special offers and other items from the Farrier Business Success Academy sponsors and American Farriers Journal.
Will there be opportunities for Q&A with the presenters?
To enhance the interactive nature of this event, you may submit your questions or comments by using the commenting tool located below each presentation video. You questions will be responded to by either the session presenter or an American Farriers Journal editor in the days following the event. Can I receive continuing education credits for attending the Farrier Business Success Academy?
Absolutely. Each session that you watch in its entirety is eligible for .75 hours of continuing education credits through the American Association of Professional Farriers and International Association of Professional Farriers. To receive your continuing education credits, simply fill out and submit the AAPF/IAPF online form once the event is finished.
