There are already 12 plastic horsesystems on the market. My favorite is the equiflex. I find the bridges let me adjust the shoe to fit the horses foot. Others that I have tried require the farrier to adjust the foot to fit the shoe. I use them a lot and have found them to have great benefits to the horse. there is a learning curve for the farrier. Make sure you buy the setting tool!!! Horses (including my lamanitic mare) love the shoes. I mostly use them for theraputic purposes for ailaments related to concussion.

I have not heard of a new shoe. I tried and rejected ground control, ultra III, equithotcs before I found the equiflex.

Fred.
