I read that they were pulling alot of the hoof repair products because of something in it. I use alot of the stuff, so I'm kind of worried about why and what to use now. I use Quik-Poly. Does anyone out there know more details on it?

D.D.,
I have not heard of any of the products being pulled from the market. I do know that VETTEC made a decision not to use any toxic materials when they designed their product Equi-Thane. I not sure about the other products on the market which I use several of them including the one you mentioned, Quik Poly.
As always, it is just good judgement whenever you apply any hoof repair product to wear latex gloves and a dust mask is a good idea especially if you use a dremel tool to clean up the hoof before application. The masks protects from any product fumes and dust.
I just used a relatively new hoof product, and the farrier I purchased it from highly recommended wearing the gloves included in the kit. Safety first, right.
