I recently joined the 21st century and purchased a computer. I was wondering if there is a computer program available to farriers that keeps tract of clients, schedules, invoicing, and records of hoof care. Thanks for your input.

Terry,

You may want to check computer software listings in the last American Farriers Journal buyers guide. I have been told that Oleo Acres farrier supply in Littleton, CO has a program available, and I have heard good things about it.

Hi Terry,

I saw your post and wanted to let you know about our company's software program for farriers.

Forge Ahead is currently being used by hundreds of horseshoers around the country, and the number of satisfied customers is growing monthly.

You can find additional information, testimonials, and a free demo program at our website: www.backroadsdata.com For another resource, Forge Ahead was profiled in American Farriers Journal last year (Jan/Feb 2001).

If I can answer any questions, please let me know
